Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt and/ or proof of packaging.

Please let us know the reason for your return and a copy of the receipt.
If your return is accepted, you will need to return the items at your own cost unless they are being exchanged for another product. Then you would be receiving a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first receiving a reply from our side will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Thoroughly inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will then evaluate the issue and happily resolve it.
*Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sales items.
